The emergence of AI has necessitated that educators to reconsider how and what they are teaching, without requiring a complete redesign of instruction. This infographic highlights familiar instructional tasks that strengthen the reading-writing connection while thoughtfully incorporating AI.
In order to strengthen this connection, students must read and evaluate AI output for accuracy and suitability, and then be able to synthesize that information skillfully into their own writing.
